Leonardo Blau is responsible for the Argentinean operations of NorthgateArinso.

Leonardo joined NorthgateArinso in 2000 as Project Manager and in 2005 he was promoted as HRO Service Center Director. In February 2007 Leonardo became the Managing Director of NorthgateArinso Argentina.

Before joining ARINSO, Leonardo worked for Ford Motor Company -   Argentina as Payroll Manager and as Personnel Administration Manager for a leading supermarket in Argentina, being also the SAP Project Leader.

Leonardo Blau is a graduate in Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires (U.B.A) and also holds a Postgraduate in Labor Law granted by the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.

He has been president of the SAP HR Users Group in Argentina for the last five years.
